Healthy Mummy Fitness Trainers need to provide all relevant documentation to ensure Healthy Mummy, that they are qualified and experienced to train the group.
We list all qualifications on each trainers profile page so that you can decide if that trainer is the right one for you.
Some trainers will specialise in certain areas and have additional qualifications that you may be looking for so please check their specific qualifications if you have specific needs.
Please note that if you are looking for a post natal qualified trainer then ensure their qualifications state this as this is special qualification and The Healthy Mummy only recommend that trainers can claim they are post natally trained if they follow the Fitness Australia Rules for this claim.
All trainers must read and agree to the Fitness Australia guidelines and Code of Conduct guidelines so we can ensure that they have a clear understanding of providing the best training experience for mums.
